The bar situated at Sunset Strip, famous as the second home for Lemmy Kilmister Motörhead opened in 1972 and has played host to an elite roster of stars, including Slash, Elton John, Keith Moon, Alice Cooper, Micky Dolenz, John Lennon, Ringo Starr, Neil Diamond, Johnny Cash, and Elvis Presley, among others.
The Rainbow is celebrating its 50th anniversary on this day together with other great artists like John 5 , The Iron Maidens, Enuff Z’Nuff, Wednesay13, Band.Inc and Garden of Eden.
